Living in the East Valley
The East Valley includes Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, and Queen Creek, and it’s one of the most popular areas in the Valley for good reason. You’ll find great schools, master-planned communities, and a strong mix of established neighborhoods and new construction.
Each city has its own feel. Tempe is home to ASU and a lively, walkable downtown. Chandler and Gilbert offer family-friendly neighborhoods, growing downtowns, and plenty of parks. Mesa gives you range, from historic homes near Downtown Mesa to newer communities with views of the Superstition Mountains, and Queen Creek brings a little more space and a small-town feel.
The East Valley is a great fit if you want community, convenience, and options at different price points. If you’re thinking about buying or selling here, I’d love to help you figure out which city fits you best.
